Week 1 review/Week 2 menu

Week 1:  Pretty much most of the GF meals I tried really were pretty horrible.  The lemon/garlic shrimp was downright disgusting.  Balsamic pepper/chicken was Ok - hubby said he liked it, I was "eh".  Made the curry shrimp tonight and really disliked that as well.  Hubby said the curry was pretty decent, so I guess maybe my tastes are different than his.  Will do a weigh-in in the morning.

I fully admit, i did cheat once.  I went to a friend's birthday party who had a whipped topping cake instead of regular frosting.  I *hate* regular frosting, so I could have easily passed that up at the party, but since it was whipped topping, I gave in.

Week 2 Menu:

Monday: Left overs - lots of them in the fridge.

Tuesday:  GF Spaghetti and Meatballs with GF bread crumbs.

Wednesday:  PF Changs style lettuce wraps (substituting GF hoisen sauce)

Thursday:  Tacos with GF tortillas (I believe Mission corn-based tortillas are GF)

Friday:  Chicken Stir Fry

Saturday: Left Overs

Sunday:  Sweet and Sour Meatloaf
